College Access Scholarship

The College Access ScholarshipNew window icon is offered to help Colorado students access and complete higher education. Up to 300 eligible students will receive up to $2,500 to use toward their 2012-2013 eligible higher education expenses. Along with other requirements, students must complete the Education Cents online curriculum and apply by June 30, 2012.

It's Back! Belly Flop Splashdown!

Graduating high school seniors and already-enrolled college students, join College In Colorado at Water World on July 12, 2012 for the Belly Flop Splashdown for your chance to win a scholarship. CollegeInvest 529 Scholarship

The CollegeInvest 529 ScholarshipNew window icon will award scholarships to Colorado residents from low- to middle-income families who have planned for higher education by saving through a CollegeInvest 529 College Savings Plan. Each eligible student will be awarded $2,000 for the 2012-2013 school year. Apply by July 31, 2012.

Abbott and Fenner Scholarship program

Students submit an essay on the topic that appears on the scholarship pageNew window icon for a chance at $1,000; apply by June 15, 2012.

College Friday Scholarship

To encourage students to participate in College Friday, College In Colorado hosted a new scholarship this year. Students entered an essay contestPDF icon to tell us why College Friday is important and how they planned to get their school and community involved. Congratulations to the following students who received the $500 College Friday Scholarship:

ACT/SAT Test Prep Scholarships

Students who used the free ACT Test Prep on CollegeInColorado.org had the opportunity to enter to winPDF icon one of three $500 scholarships. Congratulations to the following students:

Team CIC Scholarship

To win one of the six Team CIC Scholarships, students write a one-page essay identifying how one of the seven Umbrella of Success traits helped them overcome adversity. Applications were due by April 20, 2012. Watch for winner information here.
